Locally-sourced ingredients:

We spin a super-premium ice cream, here in our Woodstock kitchen. We never add gluten, artificial colors, stabilizers or preservatives. You’ll also find dairy-free, vegan selections. We hand-craft in small batches, blending eggs, cream and cane sugar into a traditional ‘base’. We use authentic ingredients like Tahitian vanilla; seasonal fruit; and, locally sourced dairy. There’s no other place like Nancy’s in the Catskills. We make everything we sell: ice cream, sorbet, waffle cones, cookies, sauces and whipped cream - try the chocolate! Gourmet, hand-scooped waffle cones, sundaes with inventive toppings, thick milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, vegan and non-dairy treats like sorbet. We also serve pies, cookies and cakes – all baked in our shop.
